When we find your
home, I will put together all your contract documents and present your
offer to the Seller's Agent. I will do the negotiating for you and then I'll take the worry off of your
shoulders by arranging for the inspections and guiding you with
everything through settlement.
This is also where
you should start if you want to sell your home. I will get it sold
